Air Force Badge: Maintenance: Master – midsize

Air Force badge mid-size mirror finish Master Maintenance. Authorized in 1993 and awarded to officers in aircraft maintenance and space/missile maintenance career fields. Individuals must have completed a technical school in a designated maintenance specialty. This badge replaced the aircraft and munitions maintenance badge, the missile maintenance badge and the communications-electronics maintenance badge. Master badge is awarded after 15 years for officers and to E-7 or above who have performed at the craftsman skill level for at least 5 years. Individually priced.
